Ingredients: Tapioca starch, egg whites, millet flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, olive oil, psyllium husks, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, yeast.

Bob-O's was born from a simple philosophy passed down to us: “Relax and have fun.” Life is complicated enough. Breakfast shouldn't be.
We wanted a welcoming neighborhood spot in Fort Lauderdale where you can grab a consistent, delicious bagel and just take a breath. But “don't sweat the small stuff” doesn't mean we compromise on the craft. Every bagel is hand-rolled and baked fresh in our 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen, with that authentic, traditional chew.
