New York-style bagels. Hand-rolled, cold fermented, molasses bath and baked in small batches. All bagels ship fresh and unsliced.

Ingredients: Tapioca starch, egg whites, millet flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, olive oil, psyllium husks, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, yeast.
